Vineet joined Hanover in 2021 and is a Partner. He is Director of Car Wash Equipment Holdings, LLC. Formerly he was a Director of Powertronix Holdings, LLC. Prior to joining Hanover, Vineet was with Alvarez & Marsal Capital Partners and Industrial Growth Partners, where he focused primarily on investing in niche manufacturing companies. He started his career in the industrials group of the investment banking division of Citi. Vineet received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. Vineet has fifteen-years’ experience in private equity investing and mergers & acquisitions advisory, with a particular focus on industrial manufacturing and engineering intensive businesses.
