Buy-Side Success Fee Policy

We gladly sign success fee agreements with buy-side intermediaries, finders, and other sources of buy-side deal referrals. In addition, we offer enhanced fees for buy-side intermediaries with whom we have a long-term and preferred relationship, evidenced by high-quality and consistent referrals.

Our buy-side deal flow philosophy is relationship oriented and we seek to align incentives through mutually-beneficial arrangements and career lasting partnerships. In all situations regarding buy-side interactions, we pride ourselves on speed of initial response and thoroughness of follow-up after investment opportunity identification and introduction.
